Kabul ve Uygunluk
BadeKids'i kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersiniz. Hesap oluşturmak için 18 yaşından büyük ve bebeğin ebeveyni/velisi olmalısınız.
Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi
BadeKids ve Bade Asistan yalnızca genel bilgi sunar; TIBBİ TAVSİYE, TEŞHİS VEYA TEDAVİ YERİNE GEÇMEZ. Sağlık kararları için mutlaka bir hekime/çocuk doktoruna danışın. Acil durumlarda yerel acil servisi arayın.
Hesap ve Güvenlik
Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınızda gerçekleşen işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Abonelik ve Satın Almalar
Premium otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ücret, dönem ve (varsa) ücretsiz deneme koşulları satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir ve ücret mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliği mağaza hesabı ayarlarından yönetebilir/iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler ilgili mağazanın (Apple/Google) politikasına tabidir.
Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım ve İçerik
Uygulamayı yalnızca yasalara uygun şekilde kullanırsınız. Girdiğiniz içerik (fotoğraf, not vb.) size aittir; hizmeti sunmak için bu içeriği işlememize izin vermiş olursunuz.
Yapay Zeka Asistanının Sınırları
Asistan yanıtları hatalı veya eksik olabilir; profesyonel danışmanlık yerine geçmez. Önemli kararları bir uzmanla doğrulayın.
Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı ve içeriği (sizin girdiğiniz veriler hariç) BadeKids'e aittir ve korunmaktadır.
Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde erişiminizi sınırlayabiliriz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Geçerli Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
Değişiklikler ve İletişim
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri bildiririz. Sorular için: support@badekids.app

Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The price, period and (if any) free-trial terms are shown on the purchase screen. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and your store account is charged. You can manage/cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are subject to the relevant store's (Apple/Google) policy.
Acceptable Use & Content
You will use the app lawfully. Content you enter (photos, notes, etc.) belongs to you; you grant us permission to process it in order to provide the service.
AI Assistant Limitations
Assistant responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice. Verify important decisions with a specialist.
Intellectual Property
The app, its design and content (excluding data you enter) belong to BadeKids and are protected.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
Termination
We may limit your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
